EBONY has named its 2026 Power 100. The class includes Jay-Z, Debbie Allen, Keke Palmer, Megan Thee Stallion, Jason Lee and the cultures brightest trailblazers. The theme this year is “The Stories We Shape.”
The list reads as a map of the culture: music, film, sports, and the businesses around them. The honorees gather November 9 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.
The useful part is not the ranking. It is who is being credited with deciding what gets seen, and where the money moves. That is a culture story, not a red-carpet list.
