
As the 2026 Cincinnati Music Festival approaches, the city is also preparing to honor its rich musical heritage through the Cincinnati Black Music Walk of Fame.
The annual induction ceremony, scheduled for July 25, will celebrate artists and trailblazers who have made a lasting impact on Black music and culture. The event has become a key part of festival weekend, highlighting Cincinnati’s influence on generations of musicians.
Held along the city’s riverfront, the ceremony is free and open to the public, giving fans an opportunity to celebrate the legacy and future of Black music.
The event coincides with Cincinnati Music Festival weekend, one of the nation’s premier celebrations of R&B, soul, funk, and contemporary music.
